Community of Practice

Data-driven student success is not something that can be achieved solely by a select group of analysts. Large-scale advancements require large-scale adoption. At UCI, our goal is to effectively utilize data to support every student throughout their collegiate journey. Data doesn’t have to be intimidating. Through the implementation of a community of practice framework, we are empowering all faculty and staff with cutting-edge tools, immersive workshops, and compelling case studies. Together, we are revolutionizing institutional thinking, policies, and behavior – igniting a campus wide transformation.
